We recently had our entire ground floor and upstairs bathroom renovated by LucKey Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with both the process and the result. From the start, they were professional, transparent, and very detailed.
The proposal process was clear and thorough, with a detailed breakdown of costs and terms. No rough guesses, just honest pricing with effort and materials. We quickly agreed on the scope and terms, and a few days before the project started, we were onboarded with clear communication and preparation.
The work itself took about three weeks and involved demolishing walls, relocating electrical wiring, building new walls, plastering ceilings, painting two staircases, and finishing all electrical and lighting work. They also worked seamlessly with the installation of our new kitchen and floor. Every day, the team was here at 08:00 and worked until at least 18:00, including two Saturdays and a final Sunday to finish the job.
What impressed us was how clean they worked, my wife saw this as a huge plus! 🙂 Despite the language barrier (the workers didn’t speak Dutch or English), communication was no issue thanks to Vasyl, who kept everything running smoothly via WhatsApp and video calls. With translation apps, we could also communicate with the team easily, which worked great with a bit of effort.
The final result exceeded our expectations. LucKey Construction delivered exactly what they promised, and then some. It’s rare to find a construction company that not only meets deadlines but also over-delivers on quality.
With so many horror stories about renovations, we’re thrilled we found LucKey Construction.

They repaired our flat roof, cleaned up, and insulated our crawl space. I’m very satisfied with the results, especially their speed. As expats living in the Netherlands for just over a year, finding a reliable and trustworthy contractor was crucial for us. LucKey Construction met our expectations. Zolder verbouwing gedaan. Verlichting, stuken, schilderen nieuw vloer etc. De timmermannen hebben een waskeuken op maat gemaakt. We zijn enorm happy met het resultaat!
Aleksei is erg communicatief en gedetailleerd ook qua contract en facturatie, hij neemt echt de tijd voor je. Dankjewel! Fijne service!

This is the second time that LucKey worked to renovate my old-looking flat. We are beyond happy with the results!
Clear quotations (unlike some of their peers…), flexible schedule and quick updates of the quotation when needed. Vasyl, our main contact point, is friendly and reactive.
On an important note: the workers do not speak English or Dutch, so most things have to be translated (generally through Vasyl on the phone).

We zijn erg blij met onze nieuwe badkamer en toilet. Vadim is een echte vakman en heeft alles erg netjes gemaakt en afgewerkt.
De start van het project dreigde op het laatste moment niet door te gaan, maar door goede communicatie is het toch gelukt. Alles gaat in het Engels en met de vaklui communiceerden we via translate.
Wat heel prettig is, is dat ze heel transparant zijn in de kosten en meteen aanpassingen doen als ze iets onverwachts tegenkomen. Op deze manier weet je precies waar je aan toe bent. Al met al, zeker een aanrader!

LucKey installed a completely new bathroom in about 3 weeks, with new plumbing, electricity etc. Super clear communication, professional work, friendly people and super happy with the result. I gave them the design and the materials and they installed everything how I wanted it. Would hire them again!
