A strip foundation built on site, often combined with piles because of the soft Dutch soil.
A doorway with a steel lintel, or a wider opening in the facade carried by steel beams.
Brickwork, and a facade in brick, plaster, or timber or plastic slats to suit the house.
Flat, single-pitched or double-pitched. On a flat roof, a roof light if you want one.
Sliding, swing or folding doors in two to four sections, in plastic, wood or aluminium.
The extension insulated throughout, with underfloor heating if you want it.
Separate circuits for the extension, connected to the fuse box, and the sockets you need.
Plastered walls and ceiling, the floor and paint, so the room is ready to use.

Questions
That depends on the size, where it stands on the plot and the rules of your municipality, and sometimes on an owners' association or a listed building. Checking the rules and applying for a permit is up to you, through the Omgevingsloket. We can tell you what the work involves, so you know what to check.
An uitbouw enlarges a room you already have, usually the living room or kitchen at the back, and is often opened up to the house. An aanbouw is a separate room against the house, such as a utility room or a garage. We build both.
Often it does. We build a strip foundation on site, and because of the soft soil in much of the Netherlands it is often combined with piles. The side extension in Gouda, for example, stands on piles.
Yes. A shell has the foundation, the structure and the brickwork, and is wind- and watertight with windows, doors and roof in place. We can also finish it inside so the room is ready to use.
The construction materials come from us and are in the offer; visual and decorative materials you choose and buy yourself. We usually fit new windows and doors, but can fit ones you supply, also second-hand, if you tell us in advance.
