LucKey installed a completely new bathroom in about 3 weeks, with new plumbing, electricity etc. Super clear communication, professional work, friendly people and super happy with the result. The LucKey Construction team helped me out with a huge renovation in my new home (wall destruction, full paint job, flooriing changes, lighting, electrical work, etc.) and they were extremely quick, professional, kind, and responsive. This was my first home & first contractor I have worked with and was so happy with the process and results. Their work is beautiful. Both Ivan and Alexei are so patient and thorough. Also the pricing is very transparent & more than reasonable for the amount of work that they do. I'll be working with them in the future for a bathroom renovation as well. Om ons huis toekomst bestendig te maken hebben wij een deel van de beneden verdieping opgeofferd voor een extra slaapkamer en kleine badkamer. LucKey Constructions bv heeft dit voor ons gerealiseerd. Vanaf het eerste ontmoeting met de manager ( Dmitrii ) hadden wij al een goed gevoel, en binnen een paar dagen hadden wij het offerte ontvangen, volledig zoals besproken, zeer gedetailleerd en een realistisch prijs opgave. Na ondertekening van het contract en deel betaling begonnen de werkzaamheden op de afgesproken datum. Wij zijn erg blij met het resultaat, de manen zijn werkelijk fantastisch, zeer professioneel,  komen met creatieve oplossingen voor zaken waar wij zelf niet aan dachten, met name Denis heeft het project getrokken en het resultaat mag er zijn.  Ik ben super blij en dankbaar dat LucKey Contruction bv dit voor ons mogelijk heeft gemaakt.  Kan dit bedrijf zeker aanbevelen, ik zal waarschijnlijk in de toekomst weer een beroep op ze doen wanneer er weer een klus gedaan moet worden.

Working with Luckey was a good experience, everything is very structured and detailed. The communication is very open and transparent, Ivan, our account manger, is very kind and helps explaining the process as the bridge between the experts and the client. We trusted them with our big renovation project, they accepted our changes and understand our wishes. They provide flexibility and time to decide.

We had an extremely positive experience using this company. They came round to look at a simple toilet renovation, but I asked them to take a look at the shower room as well. They provided a super detailed quote and were extremely competitive price-wise, so we went ahead with both rooms. They kept all promises, worked extremely hard, and produced a beautiful and clean renovation. LucKey heeft onze badkamer gerenoveerd. Alles is heel soepel verlopen. Alle afspraken zijn netjes nagekomen, ze werkte heel netjes en de communicatie liep erg soepel. Maar vooral: Het is een hele mooie nieuwe badkamer geworden. Echt een aanrader!

We had to renovate bathroom and toilet (and few other things) and we were very happy with the process and with the result. Ivan was very communicative and always double-checked things with us. We zijn erg blij met Ivan en zijn team met de werkzaamheden in ons nieuwbouwhuis de afgelopen maanden. Zij hebben bij ons badkamers, toiletten, verfwerk en diverse andere klussen gedaan. Communicatie (in het Engels) is een sterk punt van LucKey. Ivan besprak op locatie in detail alle opties met ons en stuurde ons een transparante en gespecificeerde offerte voor de werkzaamheden. Na akkoord alle werkzaamheden goed en tijdig uitgevoerd door zijn team. LucKey komt haar beloftes na en dat hebben wij niet overal in het proces van een nieuwbouwhuis meegemaakt. Tijdens het hele proces werden we continue op de hoogte gehouden en keuzes gegeven als zaken toch anders in elkaar zaten door Ivan. Daarnaast was het team flexibel qua tijdsplanning toen we tegen een tegenvaller bij een andere leverancier aanliepen. Het eindresultaat mag er ook zeker wezen. Vakwerk. Wij raden LucKey dan ook zeker aan! Bedankt, mannen!
