Project in Abcoude

In Abcoude we completed a major renovation: our team carefully dismantled load-bearing walls, installing robust steel structures to create open, flexible living and kitchen spaces. Every window in the house was replaced with high-efficiency models, ensuring comfort and quiet. Two new dakkapellen – side extensions on the pitched roof (dormer windows) – were added, flooding the attic with natural light and turning it into a true living area. We fully renewed the bathroom, expertly plastered and painted every wall and ceiling, and laid new tile flooring for a modern finish. Even the roof was restored for long-term reliability. This is Dutch renovation, done right: concrete results for real life.
